About the Owner
Born and raised in New Hampshire, Jeff Ranney took his lifelong passion for cars and started his own business in 2004 in Lawrence, MA. But as a native from these parts, he longed to return to his roots. When the location that was formerly known as TranSpec opened up in Hudson, he saw the opportunity to make the move home and quickly capitalized on it. His new space deserved a new name, and thus, Silver Line Automotive was born.
His mission was a simple one: to not only open an honest, knowledgeable and hardworking shop in a close-knit community, but to actively become a part of that community as well. He wanted the opportunity to actually get to know his customers and their families, not just merely know their cars. That opportunity came with Silver Line.
About the Company
Silver Line does everything under the sun when it comes to maintaining and repairing your automobile. From scheduled services/maintenance and tires to alignments, inspections and transmissions, if it involves your car—chances are—we can do it. Remember, we work on all makes and models (both foreign & domestic), and happily welcome customers looking for factory-scheduled maintenance or after-market extended warranty jobs that may be more unnecessarily expensive or extensive at their respective dealerships.
You can also take comfort in the fact that our staff is recognized by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) as Master Technicians, meaning we have taken extended auto education courses and are certified in many different areas.
But what we feel you need to know most about Silver Line is that we are a people-driven company. We pride ourselves on being very honest, trustworthy, friendly, and genuine. The fact is, most of our business comes from word-of-mouth. And we think there is no better way to gauge success than that.
